To be fair the shoes look lovely, but there isn't really any excuse for sending the wrong size. In the past I've received shoes ordered in UK size and received the same US numerical size instead of the UK equivalent. I understand how that mistake can be made, but what reason could there be for getting shoes a half size too small?Dare I re-order? Probably not, which is a shame as they are exactly what I was looking for!
